Miracle Lab Solutions follows a strict NO Refund Policy for ALL services. We require a 24- hour cancellation notice for all scheduled appointments. If client(s) does not provide advance notice for cancellation, the client(s) will be charged a non-cancellation fee. If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the client will be charged a late fee. Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment can be rescheduled at the owner/manager’s discretion. Miracle Lab Solutions will honor and accept date changes for all scheduled appointments with advance notice and or for unforeseen circumstances at the owner’s discretion.
Additional Fees and Charges may apply:
- Supplies: If we need to use additional supplies, additional fees apply.
- Traveling Fees: Traveling fees apply if we come to you.
- After Hours Fees: After hours fees apply beginning at 8pm.
- Mileage Charges: Mileage charges apply for travel.
- Extended Test Times: Extended test times of 15 minutes or more will incur additional charges if clients are unable to provide a sample during their scheduled time.
